The online white dwarf had some pics of Eldar weapons in it. Shurikats, a hand-mounted shuripistol (probaby for scorp exarch) and a normal Shuripistol.

Armed with Brightlance and Multilaser? Only if he can fire both and still move and assault.

    The multigun wraithlord looks terrifying..

Well.. who knows, it might just be that one of the concept artists was overly fond of anime. But from the look of the plastic kit, you could probably attach a heavy weapon to the wrist even if there's only one allowed. It would still look pretty cool.

I've seen some pictures of the Wraithlord model and I don't think it going to get all those heavy weapons. As fae as I can tell it has a shuriken catapult on each wrist plus a single heavy weapon on it's shoulder. It also has a big sword however i don't know what the big sword does. Hopefully it does a little more than the Hive tyrants, at first sight fearsome looking but near useless bonesword.

I love the idea of a wraithlords with heavy weapons on its wrist. If I weren't afraid of the Wraithlords melting into nacho cheese in my hot car I would play Eldar.
