The new codex looks like the old one, all bright sunny days and colourful warriors charging. I prefer my eldar to be much mroe moysterious. These guys just looked like clowns trying to show off.

If anyone wants any kind of help writing fluff for any kind of GW army just ask.
Sweet. Love the flying howling banshee look. The pose is a bit static, but he's a commander, so he's overseeing his battle-plan in action.
Not sure about the codex cover. Love the fact thats its a dynamic attack, Saim-Hann, led by Aspect Warriors, the webway portal in the background and the Autarch surveying the battlefield...But the colours seem a little weird.
Also I guess the daemonette at the Autarchs feet is still dying, so thats why it hasn't faded back into the warp, thats it, or taking a nap....(artistic lisence, it looks cool).
EDIT; look at the codex cover. Have the Bunny Scorps mutated into Kitty Scorps? Glad I use Banshees...

Chief Inspector Dreyfus: Are you wounded?
Clouseau: No. Fortunately I was saved by the darkness.
Chief Inspector Dreyfus: So what we need is more light.
That poor guy looks like he has some severe identity issues! He doesn't know what he is anymore... people are telling him to be a swooping hawk, or a bansee, or an avenger, and now he's just horribly confused.

Love it. Mostly becuase he looks more like the old Eldar (and they were awsome!).
I think the Autarch looks terrible. For starters, he appears almost 2-d. With the new dynamic plastic (and even metal) models, he really looks flat, 80's, and DATED.
I hate the feathered crest on his head. And I have to agree with LordLink. What is with all the bright, sunny colours? Generally, human children grow past the obsession with primary colours by the time they reach adulthood (unless they're sports fans ). The eldar are supposed to be 3-10,000 years old, and they dress like lego-land people.
I always imagine the eldar to be dressed far more like the classic period Japanese. Light naturalistic tones in silk and linen with the occasional bold pattern, perhaps in indigo and white (depending on the craftworld, of course. Some may be reversed).
