im using GW water effects for a pond on the base of a dragon, i have followed the instructions to the word allowing 24 hours between small applications, but on inspection after work today i have found what seems to be a milky finish in the center of the pond as though it hasnt dried properly or something, will this dry out and look as it should..clear or will it stay like it is and if so is there anyway that i can remedy this? thanks in advance for any help provided

I am interested though, did you put it aside and did it clear up?

as per others, milky finish is one of 2 things: not yet fully dried (sometimes this takes weeks) or moisture in there
