Slow progress today ![]() 4 hydraulic pistons made out of the horizontal bars from hangers (2) and 3). 4 vertical supports cut from hanger (4), and the beginnings of an antenna tower made out of 3 25mm bases (trimmed and drilled) and 3 pieces of wire cut from hanger (1) The peices were simply measured, marked, and then cut with a razor saw using a miter box. The antenna tower was made by clipping the coat hanger wire and then smoothing down the ends with a file. The supports are just half of a 20mm base with hole drilled into the apexes.

Nope. In progress notes: Scrounged up some more components. I box from a tube of pesto paste and a plastic dice container you can get from your local game store. If you're really nice, they might even give you one for free. ![]() The pesto box is cut down slightly and fit into the bottom of the dice box ![]() In the meantime, the angled supports that were cut out of coat hanger (4) are glued onto a 25 x 50mm base on one end and a 20 x 20mm base on the other.

Just seeing how things look for now. The actual body will get raised up a bit and I think I'm going to change my tower to a 4 column tower instead of the current 3.

Getting everything glued togther. The balls are wooden ball bought from the arts & craft store. I think I'm going to redo the tower with 4 posts instead of 3
