Thanks for the praise guys. It really gives me that drive to keep going and finish things.

I've gotta get started on this siege display I've been ranting about in my other thread. Thats the next big thing, along with the 3 armies I've got to do for clients before christmas.

Very nice building. I'm impressed when someone makes scenery for something other than wargaming, but the scenery can be used with wargaming. dual use scenery means less buildings to make

Kudos man.

I want to add to what has been said, they are stunning buildings you have made there. I wish I had your talent!

I would love to see some scale shots (with some 40k models) of that factory, if possible...

Awesome buildings, good use of a doormat for the thatch, although you can get a thatched roof effect from using fake fur soaked in PVA and then shaped with a brush.

Yeah, i saw that in a WD mag. I did try it at the time but because it was so cold in my workshop and i was in a hurry when i made it, i chose to use the doormat. You can also get really neat looking fields and scrub with teddy bear fur.

Thanks for all the comments and praise guys. I'll get a good photo of the factory in use for a 40k game tomorrow.

Ok, so it took me over a week. i got sidetracked with modding my dark mechanicus ogryns.

Here's a pic showing the factory in relation to 40k models. It works really well and i plan to use it in games, although its fairly fragile.

Click the image to open in full size.

I'm planning on making similar style sheds and factory structures for my siege of Acieris Terrain board. They will be more 40k though, symbols and big machines and what not.
