I don't think he is going to use the green mat. The pics were taking on the floor and not on a board.

This has high probability of awesome. I will be watching this.

Correct on the green. Just a size reference.
Thanks for the interest, guys. I got my big bag of Densite plaster today. Complete with big hole so the rest of my order (and my pants from picking the box up) got covered in plaster powder. Anyway I cast a big sheet of it and broke it up. Here's the results.
Still needs some more sand, a bit more rubble and I'll finish modeling pretty soon. Have to add a tree and figure out something vine-y before I prime it.
edit: I stuck the rest of the rubble in.

Are the actual walls cast from the same plaster?
Its an awesome tool for buildings and rocks.

Thanks
The walls are foamcore. I just tried to cast the plaster about the same thickness so they match up. I got the idea from your basing post a while back.

Nice work so far, this looks very promising! I'll be very interested to see how you make your buildings look overgrown. I've tried putting trees and aquatic plants on some of by buildings but I never seem to make them look like they fit. I will steal any cool ideas you have if you don't mind (I'll steal the broken plaster one too).

Does anyone have some suggestions for my scenery resources thread
