Great start gaunt! the only thing I'd love to see is with the plasma gun where it is cracked some sort of coolant fluid leaking out (blue of course) would make my day!

Im sold. Been really sick the past few but im back and working on them today. -goes and grabs his glue gun- Plasma, why didnt i think of that!

Time for the full story. Went to the ER on the 4th, massive neck infection. (sound anything like last summer? does to me) Anyway it sucked, started to get better by monday and then had a complete relapse monday night. Was paint that squig figure and somehow got pink eye in BOTH eyes, WTF. Ran a fever for the next 14 hours and finally got some medication. And now Im better, but sand on the bases today and started to carve the foam up. Im bed ridden til tomorrow so progress shall be posted then.

Not at all my friend, last summer I had t get a spinal tap for similar symptoms, did the ER thing twice and was out of commission for like 5 weeks. Ill take what happened this time any day. Besides I got my 40k skills to all back on lol

UPDATE 7/9

Ok so I built the first embankment turret thing today out of pink foam and plasticard. It still looks like crap I know, but once it gets some color and sand on it, it will look a million times better. I actaully did the sand while waiting for the computer to turn on and it does look better already. Im going to make the second one in a similar fashion since it holds up the gun with is really heavy(stupid plaster).

The plasticard will be painted like sheet metal with the I beams like vertical supports that were driven into the ground. The screen on the front will look like reinforced iron that had its cover blown off. ANd the stupid support in the back came out crooked, oh well.

As for the destroyed plasma guns each has been based with dirt and the first coat of dark paint for the base is drying as we speak. They will really start to come together this weekend. If I get some time.
