Becoming enhanced

Hi, please excuse my idiocracy as probably everybody knows this but how does one gget the Enhanced, Authors Etc. under their name and how do people geat the custom titles instead of member, senior member etc.

if you want author status, you have to write a book and get it on the new york best sellers list.

I am confused though, its says you have to have 100+ rep, yet lost nemesis has only 60 (good job by the way) does this mean you don't have to have 100+? I is very cofuzzeled!

What you are looking at is "rep power," which is the amount added to someone's reputation when you click the star. Actual reputation is the total amount, and is a number only known by the members themselves.

So a member might have a reputation of 180 and a rep power of 6. Make sense?

That is your rep power. Whenever you give rep thats the amount you give to them. So be nice and maybe one day a person with Reputation beyond Repute might think you were very helpful. When you go to User CP it will show you your rep score under your subscribed threads. I have 10 rep power, but over 120 rep score.

You can get high rep power if you post very helpful posts and people are courteous to remember to rep (please, if someone gives you help, REP THEM!), or if your an amazing painter/converter you will get rep for giving inspiration to others with you great pieces of work.

So be nice and give out rep and you will get that enhanced in no time. You could alternatively be slightly rude like me, and get enhanced through amount of posts. I recomend the first as the second takes a while.
