Default Trouble logging in
Hi,

I bought a new laptop today and it had windows vista. I tried to log into LO and after it has thanked me for logging on I was redirected to the forum index...only to find that I wasn't logged on. O_o

I tried again a couple of times and the same thing happened each time. I was able to log onto other forums and specifically other vBulletin boards but this one I couldn't.

I'm using firefox

Any ideas?

I've no idea what could be wrong there. I'm using Vista and Firefox right now, and I haven't had any problems logging in.

no idea - I am running the same as Ancalagon so I doubt its a vista problem.
Have you got the latest java update? ( I think java affects chat - if not then hte software it runs on?)

I'll do a bit of digging. On my old machine at the moment cos I've got a report to write for tomorrow.

I forgot how much crap you get with a new computer, I think I've spent more time UNinstalling stuff than installing it so far
