Im no expert but if you have problem accesing the chat, try go through a proxy server or something, maybe that helps ?

It did fix all problems. We now have 100% uptime on the chat. That was the problem

You cant blame us for getting permission denied. Its in your own system the error is, not here.

I will try search around and see whats most likely the problem and report back here

I think downtime is a problem, but I know there were others as well. Anyway I installed a new java chat at Librarium Chat that you might wanna try out.

I heard also that Quakenet have limits on how many connections there are from mibbit
