Have only been playing with Skavenfor a little while and have decided to take it to a "Friendly" tournament. I am looking for some help with the list. Dont want it to be too over powering.

Any advice would be valued. I am looking for something that is competeive and balanced, I am trying to theme the list on clan Ektrik. thiking in game of putting warlord and bsb in the stormvermin. Any ideas will help, I have a large skaven collection so models are not an issue.
