    Globadiers

    anybody use these guys or have an opinion?

    i havent had much luck with them

    In 7th, they are pretty useless imo, they are just too hard to get into position, and once there they are unreliable.

    In 8th, they will see an improvement tho, but I still dont know if they are worth it.

    If you want tips on how to play them, put a death globe on the unit, run towards the enemy faster than Bugs Bunny on E, pray for them not to **** up while throwing and eventually laugh at your opponent as his swordsmasters get ripped to shreds

    I had some small success with them in large battles (3000pts) using them against large nasty things. Otherwise they arent that useful in 7th, 8th might change that.

    I like globadiers but they have low leader ship like all skaven. They have short ranged weapons which is why i usually take Jezzails instead.

    My first game i used them a treeman walked past them and they ran off the board.

    They are mainly for firing into combat. More specifically, Slave combats.

    I love their complete disregard for the rules... yush, that is my unit in combat there... and i WILL be firing into it.
    I think they're very viable, they skirmish, meaning they can manoeuvre well into position... and then bang bang.
    WORSHIP THE VINDICATOR!!! (And a Drop Pod full of Combie-Melta Sternguard never hurts either)
