I've just started Skaven, and I really like this whole Clan Pestilens/Clan Skryer thing. Do you use Plague monks? Censer Bearer's? Globadiers? Warpfire Throwers? How do you use them? Which War Machine is the most Amusing? Screaming Bell or Plague Furnace?

Sadly themed armies are almost impossible to win with for Skaven, however a mixed theme might work. Plague Monks backed by shooting and Magic forms a good combination. Both types have some pretty bad units, like Censer Bearers and Globadiers, so if you combine them it's enough to work.
I'd say Magic, Plague Monks, Cannons, Doomwheel, Catapults, Slaves etc.

I have no trouble with themed lists, personally.
The furnace, monks, and bearers on the board together make a tough flank for your force.
I've always loved the globadiers, and plan to pick up the IoB set for a mortar team.
Warpfire thrower teams are the best out of the bunch, since they pretty much take out everything. Though I use at least one team of each type.
As which warmachine is the most "amusing", I'm going for the screaming bell. I've had one since the first armybook, and eventhough the bell doesn't fall off the structure now, I still whack that thing like the crazy woman I is. Hehe. I just love how its affects are insanely random.
Anyway, getting back on topic, a combination is a winner for Skaven. As for which is most amusing, I'd say the Screaming Bell. The Plague Furnace actually does some decent damage, whereas the bell is completely random. And all that for 200 points. Include the Grey Seer, 400-500 points. That's just stupid.
