Hmm. Good point. I changed so there's LD no penalty, only enemy re-rolling of LD tests and I took your idea of making a LD test to attack him as well.

Cool! Don't let me change it all for you, but I think sensible fluff is most important for special characters.
Honey badger don't care.

Warp Hammer of Skavenblight
A sacred relic of old, the Warp Hammer of Skavenblight is a great weapon that Vrrsik found in a great battle against Chaos, that was originally lost by a Warlord of old when he died on the battlefield. It is fitted with a Warpstone core, glowing with dark energy that allows it to smash through fortress walls as easily as it can crush bone. All attacks from the Warp Hammer of Skavenblight count as magical, with no armour saves allowed. In addition, every unsaved wound on the opponent multiplies into D6 wounds. While the Warp Hammer of Skavenblight counts as a Great Weapon, it gives the user a +3 strength bonus, and a +4 strength bonus against monsters and war machines. However, using such a weapon does not come without risk - at the end of every combat phase that he's participated in, roll a D6. On a 1 or 2, the warpstone in this hammer harms Warlord Vrrsik, and inflicts an automatic wound, no armour saves allowed.
Warp Forged Eye
Warlord Vrrsik lost one of his eyes in one of the pit fights of Clan Gritus, and thus asked (or forced) his Warlocks of Clan Skryre to forge him a new eye. This strange contraption that's haphazardly hooked onto his face creeps out all the foes around him, losing their will to fight. Any successful leadership tests made by any enemy unit touching or within 12" of Warlord Vrssik must be re-rolled. Anyone who wishes to target, hit or challenge him in close combat must pass this test first on 3D6.
Fight fools!
The tides of Clanrats and Stormvermin of Clan Gritus are unusually resilient and steadfast when near their powerful and intimidating leader. If you use Warlord Vrrsik as your general, his Inspiring Presence is extended to 18". In addition, Vrrsik's presence on the battlefield occasionally inspires the most insane of courage from his minions, regardless of where he is in the battlefield. Once per game, any Skaven unit on the field may ignore a psychology test they have to make, and counts as though they had passed that test.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
One of the most feared generals among Skaven is Warlord Vrrsik, the leader of the aggressive Clan Gritus. Renowned for his iron will, his bionic eye, and his relic hammer that he carries with him always, Vrrsik is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield, steeling the resolve of those nearby while reducing that of the enemy.
Warlord Vrrsik is the most competent fighter in the whole of Clan Gritus, boasting heads of his rivals and foes from both the battlefield and the pit fights in the tunnels of Clan Gritus. In one of these fights, he lost his eye due to a cunning stab by his rival - Warlord Srrstik, current leader of the clan. Consumed by rage, Vrrsik mutilated and then ate Srrstik, and thus became the leader of Clan Gritus.
