Well, Some of you may know that I'm a Game Designer and artist in Training, but I'm willing to bet only a couple people know that I use Deviant Art, I'll admit there isn't much there, yet.

But this thread isn't just for Deviant Art, I know there are those that hate it and those that love it, so this Thread isfor ALL online Galleries like Deviant Art, so don't feel shy!

Seriously, though, I'm not up to much compared to some of the guys over at Ordo Illuminatus. I'm still coming to terms with the different techniques using different pencil softnesses and am just exploring the use of inks and watercolours, as well as acrylics, which aside from model-painting are a completely new medium to me.

I really want to get into virtual art, but need to get myself a graphic tablet, as a mouse just doesn't cut the mustard when it comes to painting on a screen.

The rules for drawing are simple:

Learn proportions.
Use perspective.
Draw what you see, not what you think you see.

Also, learn how muscles and bones work. It is very important to learn how to build the masses of the body. You are well on your way, Precinct Omega, just watch your proportions and masses. Specifically on your orks and female characters hips/torso/breasts. I only mention it because your work is very well done, so you can probably take the criticism.

Oh, and the other thing: draw, draw and draw some more. That's my failing. I only work sporadically. Too many other things to distract me!
