1. 1500 2. Salamanders type army led by Vulkan taking advantage of his chapter tactics 3. defensive with counter attack capabilities 4. Space Marines but again in line with salamander fluff thanks again in advance i appreciate it |

alright 1939, Chaplain Cassius 125 5x Tact squad sergeant w/ power weapon 105 5x Tact squad sergeant w/ Power fist 115 5x Devastators 2x HB & 2x Missile 150 Dreadnought Multi-Melta, Heavy Flamer, Extra Armour 130 5x Termies 200 10x Vanguards 2x power weapon, 2x power fist 305 5x Assault Marines No JP's Sergeant w/ Lightning Claws & Melta Bombs 135 5x Assault Marines No JP's Sergeant w/ Lightning Claws & Melta Bombs 135 [1400] Alright so here ya go, I would recommend getting some more basic bolt gun guys, so for now just the two five man troops will be what you can go with, then let the dev's sit back and deal with any light armour, while the dread goes after heavier armoured things. Then your assault marines can jsut run around doing whatever they want, also feel free to combat sqaud the Van's just remember that the sergeant also comes with a power weapon so you will have 3 PW's and 2 Power fists.

alright sir stompalot, I dont know if you have any thing other than the black reach boxes so if not then I can make some changes. Captain Power Weapon 115 7x Termies 380 Land Raider Crusader w/ Extra Armour 265 Dreadnought Heavy Flamer, Extra Armour 130 Dreadnought Heavy Flamer, Extra Armour 130 10x Tact. Squad Flamer, Missile Launcher, Sarge w/ Power Weapon 185 10x Tact. Squad Flamer, Missile Launcher, Sarge w/ Power Weapon 185 Attack Bike w/ Multi-Melta 50 Attack Bike w/ Multi-Melta 50 [1500] Ok, so you are wanting to go armoured spear head here, with you land raider hauling your term's and captain to the front, with the Dread's walking behind it yet at an angle so that they have LoS. Combat squad your two troops unless it is annihilation and send the flamer and sarge in behind the raider and dread's. Then Simply have the two attack bikes split down the sides to perform a nice little flank action and deal with any armour that they have.

Here ya go DMAlessi, 1500pts of salamanders for ya, Vulkan He'Stan 190 10xTact. Squad Flamer, Multi-Melta 170 10x Tact. Squad Melta-Gun, Multi-Melta 175 10x Tact. Squad Melta-Gun, Multi-Melta 175 10x Tact. Squad Melta-Gun, Multi-Melta 175 2x Attack Bikes 2x Multi-Melta 100 2x Attack Bikes 2x Multi-Melta 100 5x Dev's 4x Multi-Melta 150 5x Dev's 4x Multi-Melta 150 Vindicator 115 [1500] Combat squad all the tact. squads and run forward with the halves that don't have multi-melta's, send vulcan up joined to one of the squads, make sure however that all of the sqauds stay close together so that if the one with vulcan in it gets town up you can simply join him to another. At the same time you should be moving the Vindy in the direction of the greatest clump of units dropping pie plates on them the entire time. Send the attack bikes blistering around whichever flank has armour on it (or an anti tank squad) keep your other squads back in cover and keep an option open in case you have to withdraw your troops back to your main line.

1. 1750-1850 2. Going for a drop pod army with Pedro/Sternguards, no bikes/speeders/scouts if possible 3. If possible please gear it for against Orkz horde 4. Codex: Space Marines I'm still a relatively new player so if Drop Pods are suicidal against Orkz then please tell me and change it to something else...thanks again! |
