1st Space Wolves list. 1750 Need help

Relatively new to 40k. Mostly collect and paint Tau, but fell in love with the space wolf models so had to pick them up. Really enjoy the codex. Here is the list. The wolf guard unit is a little weird but I was going for an in your face monster squad in a drop pod. not sure if it is viable. Please give me some feedback to tweak this list. Thanks!

1750 even. I know theres some problems so please rip this list apart so I can convert it to something competitive

Your Dreadnought would be happier with a MM and a Drop Pod, don't make him sad.

I'd split that Wolfguard unit in half and make it shooty with a few PFs/WC combo. Keep the Pods. Downgrade Njal to a Rune Priest to pay for all that. It's a tough downgrade but I think it'd be a bigger help.
