I dont play SW but play against them enough to know generally whats good and bad. First question is: how many points is this list???
Ok so breaking down the list

HQ:Good but switch tempest wrath for jaws of the world wolf. amazing at taking out expensive enemy characters, worth it. Can be miss or hit but worth on the hit.

TROOPS: 9 GH squad cant have 3 special weapons i think. Make sure to check that. Also try to add a Wolf Guard to each for extra fighting ability, taking better weapons... Otherwise looks good.

HEAVY: take the plasmas off these guys. No need for them, could use the points for better and more effective use. 2 squads is a good choice, one hell of a problem for enemies. try to make sure one squad of them is always in range of something.

ELITE: Cant help you with the multi-melta as Ive never played one or against one. Most dreads in my area are TL Lascannon dreads or assault cannon dreads for back up fire power. You should put this in a drop pod, then drop it into their home field, blow up tanks and make them shoot at it, probably destroy it. This lets the rest of your army move up more safely.

EXTRA: you could put a 2nd Rune priest for extra killyness, or add a wolfguard squad or whatever else you want to make 1000 points. Hope you have fun.

Okay, I'm trying to keep it at 1000 points. I was going to put my Rune Priest with the 9 GH squaid. If I can bring two HQ's I will lower the second GH squad to 9 guys and put the second Rune Priest in their. Thanks for the advice! God Bless!

Rite you can only take a second special weapon if the hunters are 10 strong. Two is the max also. At 1k you only need one unit of fangs, use 3 missle and two lascannons, the extra ap is invaluable. Two units of hunters with plasma guns is fine, this will leave few points for a hq and a wolf guard unit to put him in. That's a solid core army and is the basis for any strong wolf list.

Hello everyone, to build on what the other posters have said, and to toss in my thoughts at 1000pts of Space Wolves:

HQ: agreed on the swap out of psychic power.
Troops: I have always been a fan of meltas, I like 'em, they don't fry your own guys, they're great. BUT with the new rapid fire rules along with how valuable AP2+ is now
I would say plasma is the way to go(since you have longfangs too). the ability to rapid fire into a squad of 5 terminators, force those invuls and potentially kill 2 of them is oh so tasty.

Elite: I have always liked assault cannons on dreads, multi meltas are just too expensive for 1 shot. With Dreads becoming 2 wound bullet magnets I don't know I would use one any more. If you want a little more tankbusting power twin linked lascannons.
For the same points, you could squeeze in a second cheap HQ, or a small unit of wolf scouts stuffed to the gills with plasmaguns nothing makes me chuckle more than walking in a small unit of scouts with 2-4 plasma weapons on it(2 plasma pistols, 1 plasma gun, and 1 plasma gun on a wolf guard) and lighting up the rear armor of a bassilisk, or leman russ, or whirlwind... or devestators/havocs its delicious. Space wolves struggle against long range and high mobility, most of our staples are medium ranged weapons(which is why long fangs are so good for us) scouts cut down on the suffering we take from static gunlines like IG, allowing us to take out juicy targets quickly. They're another sacrificial lamb but in 1000 points, I'd trade my 140 or so point unit of scouts for a bassilisk or russ. And, if by some fluke if they live to next turn.. shoot something else or assault something to gum em up while your rhinos come up the field.
    Hope this helps.
