Good list obviously, but not exactly fluffy. I'd drop the first squad of scouts and one tactical squad and termie honors on the HQ, then make another Assault squad of the same type. Thats me. But if you going for more numbers, its all good.

Hm. Keep in mind, Scouts are fluffy.

As for the Assault Squad... a second squad of those, or maybe a Tactical squad in a Drop Pod? Main enemies are Tau and Eldar, so a DP Meltagun could cause some damage, and still be fluffy.

Have you thought of using bikes? Recently I have come to like bikes alot. You could drop the landspeeders and get a bike squad. It would help out your assault squad alot and get to places really quick (objectives). Or just go with another assault squad. Drop poding a tac squad would be nice. Needs to be a full 10 man one with a melta gun though. That would make it rock.

Overall, nice list. Your 1500 point one is also nice as well :yes: Just wondering, why are you making all of these raven guard lists?

Because I'm starting Raven Guard.

Bikes, in my opinion, aren't very fluffy for Raven Guard. What they are known for is:

• Scouts
• Assault Squads
• Drop Pods

Saddly, with the traits, there is no reason to take drop pods as it is extremely inefficient. But yeah... True, scouts are fluffy. With a 1500 list, i'd add another assault squad though and 2 more scout squads with sniper rifles.

I don't know if I'm going the Sniper Rifle route, to be honest. I've got an 1850 list that is a cross between fluff and competitive, and I'm pretty much happy with it. Not a single Sniper Scout squad, as I probably won't be needing them. Only time will tell, I suppose.

i do not use the raven guard rules such as over steel. land raider crusaders are my number one choice for getting my uber command squad + commander into combat.
