Well I have pre odrerd Dark Vengance, and I was thinking. I have never had a loyalist army before so why not strat Dark Angles. Does anybody have any recomendations fo what to do with a DA army? any help would be nice, thanks.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to
speak out and remove all doubt.

Well, not knowing when a new DA codex will arrive, the current preferable build is Deathwing with some Ravenwing support. Lately though, I have been running a pure Deathwing assault with two LRCs and a dread at around the 1999 pt level. At this point, I would recommend using the set minis as an ally force for another army until the new codex comes out.
(WH40K 6th Ed.) Dark Eldar - 25W/09L/04D (10,000pts) Sisters of Battle - 15W/19L/01D (5000pts) Dark Angels -Deathwing 08W/09L/02D (3000pts) Chaos Space Marines - on hold (2500pts) (WHFB 2012) Dark Elves - 21W/11L/08D (4000pts) Beastmen (2500pts)
Agreed. Get the starter set for the cool new minis. Especially the limited one. Then wait for the dex. Otherwise you could really screw yourself over.
Lets rage!

Not much chance of that turning out to have been a bad decision!
OP, I would add ten terminators, three bikes, and an attack bike to the DV set. And you'll want a belial model to make the termies troops. If termies for some reason make bad troops later, you don't have more squads than you have elites slots...and six regular and one attack bike effectively fill a single fast slot. Till the new codex, ten tactical marines, belial, three scoring terminator squads, a librarian, and those seven bikes make a decent army.

My local GW arranged for a "swap your Dark Vengeance armies" -event. Almost everyone who wanted could basically get two boxes worth of Dark Angels by swapping off the Chaos models with other players. Since I already have one company worth of marines I swapped mine off and got myself some cultists, but it sure seems we got dozen new Dark Angel players here...

Revenant Moon Necrons: (W/L/D) 9/2/0 (5th edition: 14/6/4)(3rd edition Codex: 16/4/7)
XIX Legion: (W/L/D) 4/3/0 (5th edition: 14/12/2)
Heretek Perfection: (W/L/D) 1/2/0
Something Wicked... Reikwald Beastmen: (W/L/D) 9/3/1

That's funny. I'm looking to unload my chaos, too...always room for more termies and bikes, and I am exactly one tactical squad and one assault squad short of completing the fifth company. I guess I'll ebay the chaos...and, down the road, the master-the existing DA master with the comically large power sword and the awesome cloak, is far better!
By the way, I noticed that "dark vengeance" was translated into German as "storm of vengeance."

I'm doing the same thing. I just picked up a rhino off ebay for dirt cheap so I'll stick the tactical squad in that. I have a combat squad lying around somewhere so that's my second troops choice for now (might put it in the rhino instead). I have enough money for three more bikes or for one attack bike. I'm going for more of a Ravenwing army myself so I'm getting more bikes.
I too am going to be guilty of jumping on the DA badwagon. My 10th company Fists took a hit with the nerf bat when 6th dropped and 1st turn assaults were out after scouting. So I'm going for a more provisional loyalist army. DA just happen to fit the bill with the new set. So I picked up 2 of them. Along with 6 bikes I wasn't using, I can slap together a decent mixed wing army.
