can you guys tell me which of them in you point of view is better and why

They have two different purposes, so neither one is better than the other. Standard Land Raiders are downright nasty against vehicles, but not nearly as nasty as a Devastator squad can be. Land Raider Cursaders are light and medium infantry killers, and are a good transport option for any squad that has the word "Terminator" in it. Just remember that each one has a high points cost, so only use them in larger games (1,500+ points).

Well, this hasn't been done before.

Basically, one's a tank hunter and the other's a infantry killer. One's for long-range support and the other is more close-up assaulty type. Figure out which yourself.
