I have been lookin thru all the scenarios in the ROTK book and they allow very few heroes to be fielded. I have all 9 wraiths on horses. Is this even a "legal" army? Will i get stomped by normal armies?
Peter-"You gonna eat that stapler?"
Office worker-"Uhh sir you cant eat-"
Peter-"Wanna split it?...."
its legal, unless the senario/ tournament give a limit (e.g no more than 25%) on the number of heroes you can take, in which case it isn't legal for that battle.
And yes, you will be crushed horribly in a normal battle. Ringwraiths are essentially hero-hunters, and so they can kill a warrior with magic, there will be loads more. It only takes a lucky roll to wound a wraith, and once they lose that 1 wound of theirs, they're kaputsig.

Unless you are in a tourname with Hero restrictions this is legal but since Ringwraiths exist by Will alone and every turn of combat consumes will then a good army with even half-decent courage with lots of troops is going to swamp you.Originally posted by sigismund@Feb 1 2005, 19:32
