    Black Numenoreans?

One of my friends told me about a variant army called the black numenoreans, could anyone shed some light on this for me?

I seem to recall them, until you find them just use normal Gondorians rules I would, with some modifications . Inventing your own army is always fun.

    Black Numenorean Fluff.

There seems to be a fair amount of talk about this variant army on the GW online forums if you feel like doing a LOT of sifting for the wheat amongst the dross.

Here's the standard wiki entry providing some fluff on Black Numenoreans if you want some.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_N%C3%BAmen%C3%B3rean

And a questionable flash movie on the old Mouth of Sauron who was suppossed to be a Black Numenorean.

    http://www.thelandofshadow.com/mordo...uth/mouth1.htm

This thing talks about the fact that at least a couple of the ringwraiths were originally Black Numenoreans.

I have good news and bad news. Good news is I remember wher I saw them and what they are called. They are in a white dwarf a month or two after th release of the Haradrim and go by the name Wardens of Umbar. Bad news is I don't recall the exact issue. Hope this helps somewhat.

I have heard of people using Easterlings as Black Numenoreans. This would be a lot of fun, since they rock and silver and black painting on Easterlings would look really cool...
