1000 Points First shot at making a small cadre

Hey this is my first attempt at making a cadre list im very new to the hobby and yeah i just wanna know if im heading in the right direction and if theres any help or advice you can give me on the list and possibly how i would play at all criticism is welcomed ofcourse.

HQ 1
1 Shas'el Commander
*Airbursting fragmentation projector, T/L Flamer, H/W Multi Tracker,

TROOPS 1,2
10 Fire warriors
1 Shas'ui
*bonding knife.
Devil fish
*Multi tracker, Disruption pods.
TOATAL = 220 (each)

ELITE 1
1 Shas'ui Battle suit team leader
*Plasma rifle, Missle pod, H/W Multi tracker, Targeting array.
1 Shas'ui Battle suit
* T/L Plasma rifle, Sheild gen.
1 Shas'ui Battle suit
*Plasma rifle, Missle pod, Multi tracker.
TOTAL = 204

ELITE 2
4 Shas'ui Stealth suits
TOTAL = 120

HEAVY SUPORT 1
Sky ray
*Targeting array, Disruption pod, Multi tracker.
TOTAL 145
CADRE TOTAL 1000

Im also thinking of taking away a stealth suit from the squad and adding 2 markerlight drones to it and replacing the sky ray with a hammer head. I also have about 4 spare gun drones 10ish Kroot and afew more stealth suits.
Like i said before any advice or criticism is welcome and if you have any questions feel free to ask ^^.

I would suggest dropping one of the Elite choices (probably the Stealth Suits) and squeezing in another Troop option. Some Kroot would be useful to counter-attack if the enemy reaches your units.

k here u go:

1. dorp the TW flamer on the shas'el, if ur HQ is close enough to use it he's to close to the enemy.
2. more fire warriors if u can find the points
3. drop the stealths, this points list is a little small to take them.
4. drop the skyray, and and make it a hammerhead.
5. if u want make shas'el a Shas'O, but thats optional.
6. other than that its a good list for a first try!

Thanks for the input guys.

But taking away both the stealths and the skyray would mean i lose all markerlights, is that such a good idea? and im kinda suprised no ones baged me out for giving one of my XV8's a twin linked PR and shield Gen, the reason behind this is i just want to make sure that i would be scoring asmuch hits as i can against the unit there firing at.]

Any advice for what i would do to make it a 1,500 point force?

i see wat ur saying about the skyray, but stealths dont have markerlights and cant have them except for marker drones. the reason no1 has called u on it is cu its a reasonably viable combonation with the other suits in the squad.
about the 1500 pts. instead of replacing it, just add a hammerhead, and maybe a couple of broadsides.
