Here's a list I played with recently. Any suggestions for modifications would be great. And yes it's one point over but I play friendly.

You should definatly try to get some plasma onto those suits, you'll have trouble dealing with power armor without it, and there are ALOT of power armored armies running around.

Are you playing a saim-hann list? No. So what's with the deathrain overload? Make a commander a helios-6, he'll be able to cut through any 2+ or 3+ saves you face. It's an alright list. Fluffy, with lots of those fire warriors. Nice and squishy, just hope they do alright. (You should buy some stealths ).

And that's just with the Kroot.

I think the extra Broadside is uncessary, heavy armor will be pretty limited in 750 points, fill out your FW, get some kroot, or drones. You are also playing lots of FW a Ethereal would be really useful. Then again, since your not playing any tanks and you have a partner, two Broadsides could work well. Your choice

Change the Shas'el to this
TL Plasma
Mssl pod
Multi

and one Shas'ui to

Plasma
Mssl pod
Multi

It's a little bit better, you can handle power armor now. Mssl pods are nice, but there AP is lacking.

Last thing, you might want to drop the 7 man squad, use the points for Shas'ui FW upgrade, and an Etheral. Tau run really easily without a Etheral on the table. If you need extra points for this, consider dropping the Shas'el to an 'O.

30+ FW can inflict quite a lot of damage on there own (espically in 75, you should do quite well.
