I received a model from GW today, there was a leaflet in the box which has the release dates for the new models;

11 march

This boxed set includes Codex: Tau Empire, Special Edition Tau Ethereal and Shield Drone, (1) Tau Crisis Battle Suit Commander and (2) Gun Drones, (2) Tau XV8 Battlesuits, (6) Vespid Stingwings, a (4) figure Tau Sniper Drone Team, (3) Tau XV25 Stealth Suits, (12) Tau Fire Warriors, (16) Kroot and (1) Hammerhead Tank.


Do you know what is contained in the Battleforce?

I want to get more tau but I don't have $US250 to spend on the box set.

That is most peculiar. I know for a fact that my store is getting the Tau preview stuff mid to late February, and was told they can start selling the stuff (specifically mentioned: Codex) sometime in March.

Maybe America is getting different dates than the UK.:wacko:

And for all us Yanks. Looks like it ISN'T $250.

Yea heard some stuff for a possible codex release sometime mid-FEb, here in America.

in the GW site is says it will cost $205 US a little cheaper then $250.

Probably not the eaerliest.. but these dates are perfect enough for me to gain more wads of cash and get these new awesome models.

Those vespids are a must-get for me...... and I don't even play Tau!
I think Canadian dates are even later :cry: .
Man, I have to get out of this country everything comes to us later!

Oh well, I only really need a suit or 2, some stealths and the Vespid.
