What are the units of 10 skeleton warriors armed with?

I would perhaps see about swapping one of the small skeleton warrior units with 3 chariots. Chariots are really rather good.

The AoA wont keep the Prince too well protected for long, although if you can afford to keep casting a healing spell on him each turn it can be a good choice, but i suggest you are better off using your spells elsewhere. Give your Prince the Collar of Shapesh instead, or the Golden Ankrah if you can and want to afford it, but the 1st does just fine.

Give your Hiero the Cloak of the Dunes. With a fairly low wound count, you dont want to be relying on a save whereby he must be close to something. The Cloak will allow you to keep him safe, whilst also giving you great flexibility with where you want your spells. The short range can hurt sometimes.
If you want the Hieratic jar in the list, also give that to your Hiero. It offers far more tactical flexibility and advantage when used at the end of a magic phase, rather than the middle.

The large Skellie blocks look fine, though id ay drop one unit to 24, so the Prince fits in nicely.

The bow units could be handy, but im agreeing with Anacron in that you will be better off dropping atleast one unit of them in order to accommodate a unit of 3 Chariots. Loose some skallies from the larger units in order to make up the rest of the points.

The rest looks fine. Welcome to The Legions
