Okay so IF I'd decide to start with Tomb Kings (High Elves are my other interest, as of yet I am undecided) I'd want to have an army that basically has got the units which I think look cool... As I don't know how effective they are on the battlefield, I just have to choose the units which I think are neat
Chariot of Fire
Goes with the other Chariots, as expected. A bigass mummy lord with a huge two-handed weapon in a chariot of flames? Hell yeah baby!!! :party:
An additional spell could be useful I guess. I made him the Hierophant because he'll draw less fire once the enemy finds out the other Priest has got the Staff or Ravening...
Staff of Ravening
Uses the staff to draw dispell dice and pester low toughness, low armour foes, preferably
Skeleton archers, I think they're cool. And one of the reasons I prefer TK over VC, as VC has no shooting whatsoever, which I don't like. Will deploy them on a hill if I can, and darken the sky with 40 arrows a turn.

Because they're cool, kinda. I thought 4 might do better than 3.
Because there's nothing more fun than throwing flaming heads at your enemy.

A Tau Ethereal was thought to have been killed today by a Bloodthirster. However, many Tau were seen fleeing the scene and are considered suspects.
Loose the GW on the Prince, it causes him to strike last and only gives +1S as he is mounted. Go with the Sword of Might insead for that, as you get Init and Magical attacks too. (Although as he will likely be charging it may be ok, the GW strike last will only count if he doesnt charge) Also you can add a Shield (or Enchanted shield) for extra protection then.
Give the Staff of Rav. Priest a Steed. Add the Cloak of Dunes to the Hiero, its great for keeping him safe and your spells where you need them.
Skellie archers i like. The guys with spears are a mistake. If you want a save, go with HW/S/LA. Skellies cannot kill much. Id drop them, 2 unit of 20 skellies are fine at this level. Loose the armour on the bow units, its just extra cost and wont save them from much. Add Music to both remaining skellie bow units.
Add the Undying Legion magic banner to the Chariot unit. Its a good item when there is a Prince with them especially.
Youre right about the 4 Ushabti.
Get a Scorp in the list, and a single Swarm base to assist with ICFB.
Finally, upgrade the SSC.
I agree with most of Phoenix's comments. However, I think you would be better served with a Flail on your Prince instead of the Sword of Might. It's cheaper and your combats with chariots shouldn't be lasting more than a round of combat.
