4 large infantry units are unnecessary i think. Id say drop the Tomb Guard to be honest, boosting the skellies to 24/24/25, and adding Music to all. For your hard hitters, get a unit of 4 Ushabti in. Maybe drop 1 Scorp and replace his position with 3-4 Chariots, and fill the ICFB role with a Tomb Swarm or two.

the middle was going to be on top of a hill, and the TG would be their to tarpit anything that got too close on the front, another reason the banner is on them. I was debating using the icfb on the scorpions but for me lately they dont seem to fair too great seeing as they either misfire for me or dont come in until its too late, plus most armies ive faced lately dont really have much of a gunline, the skellies wouldnt last long on their own so when the skellies engaged id have a heavy hitter to take a flank charge on a enemy block. The carrions would be their to either march block anything if they dont have warmachines or try to do a 1st turn charge if they do have war machines. I was going to position my other priest in such a way that he would also be able to cast urgence on the carrions if need be, and for a potential 11 dice worth with the jar would have to sacrifice all his dispel dice or scrolls to keep me from casting on the carrions. Im not quite sure about ushabti I hear some say their good, some say their bad and honestly never really thought about ushabti but wonder if they would be a perfect fit in a defensive list? my little diagram isnt coming out right lol.
