ok so as that my local hobby shop is sponsoring a fantasy campaign i figured this as good a time as any to start my tomb kings army. this is my first forray into building a fantasy army, i know the theories, but lack the experience. but please be as kind or brutal as you want, i will take it all to heart, just be polite please.
some things to think about;
-i have only certain models to work with
*2 liche's on foot
*2 liches on horse
*i may be able to get 3 ushabti by the 24th but no promises.
-i have yet to assemble these, so i will wysiwyg as best i can for the campaign i just want a good list built first.
-i will be fighting alot of dwarves, bretonians, high elves, and one vampire count.
so with no further ado my first 2000 point Tomb king list.
tomb king (general)
liche priest (heirophant)
cloak of the dunes
casket of souls
talisman of protection
banner of the undying legion
8 heavy horse
8 heavy horse
thanks a ton,

You are fighting a bit above your weight by only having 3 characters tbh.
Give your King the Collar of Shapesh, and along with a Great Weapon this should be fine for him.
Grab a mounted Priest, and maybe give him the SoRavening.
Drop the ToP from tha Casket Priest, and give the Hieratic Jar to the Hiero.
Im assuming the HW/S unit also have a Standard Bearer already, as ts needed to carry the BotUL. King should go here. Id say that the rest of your skellies should just be put into 2 units of 20 bowmen (personally, i use all bows, gives you somewhere to put magic early on)
For he Heavy Cav, just take one unit. 12 -14 strong, in 2 ranks only. Add Music, Standrad and Warbanner.
If you can get 4 Ushabti, then include them. 3 may prove a little too fragile at 2K (though try it out if you can only get 3 )
PS, vs the enemies you list (Dwarves, Brets, HEs) the key weapon of the TKs is your Catapult. Not SO useful against VC, although they may have Blood Knights, so yeah...
