Tomb King: Great Weapons, Shield, Light Armor
Liche Priest (hierophant): cloak of the dunes
Liche Priest: Mounted, Hieretic Jar
Liche Priest: Casket, Collar of Shappesh
2x 20 Skeleton Warriors: Light armor, musician
2x 1 Tomb Swarm
5 Light Horsemen
20 Tomb Guard: Standard Bearer
2x Tomb Scorpion
Screaming Skull Catapult: Skulls of the Foe
Well, that's the best I could come up with using the models that I have!
Move the H.Jar onto the Hiero. It has more (tactical) use at the end of a Magic Phase.
If the skellies are bowmen, Drop their LA. If HW/S, then maybe add standards. Given you have TG, id advise Bowmen.
Add Full Command to the TG. (drop one if you need points, the king will fill that slot)
Move the Collar from the casket Priest to the King.
Swarms are a 0-1 choice, so if you want them then youre only allowed a single unit.
The Light Cav seem to have little use (usually they are seen in a list like this as a SoRav priest bodyguard unit). Maybe drop them and splash out elsewhere.
Well, I feel like my casket is always getting picked on by my opponents so I need the collar to protect it. Also If my king is in a unit of tomb guard I don't see why he would need the collar (except maybe for challenges). By the way, the skellies are bowmen so I guess I'll drop the LA so I can give full command to my tomb guard. What should I replace the light horsemen with though?
Maybe lose the Swarms too and get a second unit of 3 Chariots?
The King could just do with a decent save so he can take some blows in CC, and the Collar is a nice, cheap, reliable item
Edit: WHat is your casket being targetted with? maybe i could give some more specific advice..

the other thing the collar helps out with is if your king by chance takes wounds from resolution he can shove them away onto other things. I always looked at it oddly too when i saw it on kings cause i always play it on my casket. The only priest i worry about anymore is my heirophant. they are gonna pick on your casket anyways so if your king gets the collar, throw the golden ahnkra on the casket. that should help a tad? drop a swarm model for it.
