Welcome to Librarium Online!
This is a list I designed one day just for kicks. I thought it'd be interesting to see how you would react to this list, whether it's ultra cheesy or completely useless. I myself have no idea how this list would go. I'm probably not going to go ahead with this list because my personal preference would differ to this list quite a bit, but still, you've made lists because for fun, right?
Armour of the Ages
Liche Priest (Hierophant)
Cloak of the Dunes
Casket of Souls
3 Chariots (Joins the Tomb King)
Bone Giant (It's either this or 2 Screaming Skull Catapults with Skulls of the Foe)
The scorpions are part of a "psychological" factor. The scorpions mean that I can almost make him move where I want him to. Also they're good for taking out war machines and shooting units, whatever. The chariots and Ushabti are my main killing units. The priests are just meant to cast Urgency the whole game. That and the Tomb King's incantations should be enough to get into combat. And for this list I'm not sure whether to use 2 catapults or the Bone Giant. The catapults can be up the back with the casket and just keep bombarding the enemy.
Also, armour of ages is pointless, they are going to be attacking the chariot not the king anyways, give him chariot of fire or golden eye of Rah-Nutt, or both if you can manage. Chariot ward save and no istadeath war machine shots is mucho usefull. Also spear of Antarhak is always a good choice with a chariot.

My bad. I forgot about that little casket=rare choice deal. Thanks for that.
Overall, looks cool. Swap the Hjar and the Scroll (Jar is more tactical on the Hiero, casting last)
Banner + Magic Banner (+Music) would be nice on the Kings unit, maybe Drop his Armour for it.
Try it, but you may find the casket to be a bit to static for this army. Youll want your Priests up supporting your Chariots, so have a lone unprotected Priest+Casket in your Dzone. Also the Priests incants will be in range of little.
Personally in a list like this id say drop the Casket for the SoRav and a steed. Oh, also mount the other Priest, so he can keep up with the main of the army.
That's a good point about the casket being too static. I wanted another bound spell there that they'd have to watch out for, letting my other spells through. I'm gonna drop armour of the ages for light armour and give the Tomb King's unit muso and standard. Then I'm gonna drop the casket, mount both Liche Priests and have 1 keep up with the army and the Hierophant. The other Liche Priest is up the back with 2 Screaming Skull Catapults, what do you think? It's static in my deployment but I have 2 catapults there and a priest to help them.
2 SSCs > 1 BG. But as before, they may be a little too static. And careful not to shoot amongst your own Chariots. Still, could always give them a (proxy) playtest and see how they run.
I don't mind being too static if I have 2 catapults. It's either them or a Bone Giant. I think Bone Giants aren't worth their points.
