Welcome to Librarium Online!
Going up against High Elves, WoC and Empire, so, let's have a look:
Great weapon, Collar of shapesh, Vambraces of the Sun
(He needs some challenge protection against WoC)
Cloak of the Dunes, Hieratic Jar
Skeletal Steed, Staff of Ravening
19 Skeletal warriors 196 pts
Hw/S/La, Full command, Banner of the Undying Legion
5 Light Cavalry
How do you think this would fare?

This list could really make some nice games, according to me
They will have great problems with such a list, so make sure your scorps kill something VERY important to your enemies (they are excellent character killer - especially for going against Heroes )
I think there is not much to be said about the list more than: Play hard and make up some real good moves. Train in how to use your troops and so on, and through experience you will learn what works well in a game of 1k
Good Luck to You!
PS. Crush those living bones to the ground DS.
Your Skellie Warriors cant take the BotUL (yet). You need a King for that. Its a straight swap for the Hieratic Jar though so no too bad.
(Or you could drop it as well as the Light Cav, make the skellies bowmen, drop the Champ and grab 3 Chariots instead? Lol. Few too many changes though maybe...)
Overall, looks good
Ycould make good use of the 2 scorps to mess up his plans. IMO best use of scorps is to screw up enemy plans whilst making yours go off smoothly.
not very experienced with TK but i do know a few WoC and HE players and both hate shooting, so i would suggest kitting out the skels with bows. they'll still out res both armies and then you also have enough points for the upgrade on the SSC. WoC have dogs and marauder horsemen that they will use to distract you and although they cost 30/70pts per unit they have to be dealt with and the bowmen can do that wonderfully. HE have swordmasters, which own most things in combat but are T3 and have pants armour, so the bowmen would work well against them too, leaving your SSC more heavily armoured targets
