The prince will probably join the Tomb Guard unit. I don't have the models to field a 20 man archer unit and I've vowed not to buy any more skeleton warriors until we get new ones so they'll have to stay as they are.
The Characters looks good. I would suggest something else instead of one of the DS to the LHP. The points for characters must not be maximized
The Bowmen will not be able to do much... TK Skellie Bowmen will only inflict damage in large units, and so, should be fielded as such Try something else instead.
The Carrions should either be increased to five or not used at all Replace them with a Scorp for example
The rest looks pretty good
If you want to add some more magic in, I'd suggest the Staff of Ravening. More choices that your opponent has to make on what to dispel.
I will usually have a unit of 10 skele's just for fire support against skirmishers. I know they will crumble if they get charged though. Kind of depends on who you will be playing against.
Maybe Hjar on the Casket Priest, and then SoRav to the mounted Priest as above. Drop a Scroll and Vambraces for the points... (you have 6DD, 1MR, -1 to enemy casting and a Scroll left, plenty of antimag
@Nagash Only the front rank of a shooting unit can fire anyway, and I would never deploy a unit more than 10 wide whatever it was, lining up 20 archers in your deployment zone would be a colossal waste of space, not to mention making them very easy to hide from and impossible to maneuver. 10 is the most thats likely to be shooting from any unit anyway so I'm just being more efficient by not paying points for the bystanders. Besides they are more of a range-finder for the catapult, no-one bothers to stop a smiting spell on a unit of 10 archer that might be out of range, then I can measure to see if they are in range, oh darn they're 3" out, I guess that means my Catapult is 27" away from its target... right next spell
Sorry I'm not a fan of the Staff of ravening, its expensive, and rarely if ever does any damage. Also because the only option will be for me to run the priest in the archers or warrior block he's either going to be out of range of the spell or in combat (or dead because he'll be on his own). Besides I think I've got enough magic without the damned staff.
Why put the jar on the casket priest? He's going to spend his entire game at the back next to the catapult and I can only smite the catapult once per turn. The jar wants to be up-field somewhere where it can be used to get a crucial charge off.
I can get the 2 extra carrion, by dropping one of the scrolls, the vambraces and the skeleton champion.

The Carrions anyway, is a more valuable option according to me Focus them instead of the SoR... But then again, the list will not be THAT high in a magic aspect, hehe
id get rid of the tomb swarms for another scorp or two more carrion. get rid of 10 man bows and get another catapult they can prove very effective
