    1250 Points, Magic Heavy

    Greetings all,

    I am working on just building lists. It seems to be a passion of mine right now. My computer crashed so I can't use Army Builder, so pen and paper is a great change for me. It is great fun so far. As for the army list, I went magic heavy. I am going to have another one to post later that doesn't have as much magic. Will still have the 3 characters, just not as much other bound and such. So on to the list.

    Tomb Prince with Great Weapon, Armour of the Ages
    Liche Priest with Cloak of the Dunes, Hieratic Jar
    Liche Priest with Staff of Ravening, Casket of Souls

    Skeleton Warriors x20 with Bows, Musician
    Skeleton Warriors x19 with Bows, Musician, Champion (Prince will go here)

    Tomb Scorpion
    Tomb Scorpion
    Chariots x3

    Total Points: 1246
    Models (Counting Chariot Crew): 56
    Incantations: 1 at 1d6, 2 at 2d6, 1 Bound 4, 1 Casket
    Dispel Dice: 4

    Little fluff as to why magic heavy. My Tomb King's empire has taken over a ruined Southland Lizardmen city. Using and researching the relics found there, they have increased their magical ability.
    The sands of time consume all in the end. Beware, for we, the Kings of Nehekhara, are those sands made flesh.

    Tomb Prince with Great Weapon, Armour of the Ages
    Good. If you wanted to save some points you could go with Collar of Shapesh instead for pretty much the same durability.

    Fine

    Liche Priest with Staff of Ravening, Casket of Souls
    The staff is good, but I'm not sure I would want it on the casket because it's going to be a stationary object. Some people may call the casket excessive at this points level, but I think it would work pretty good.

    Good, though I think you should be aware that you only have 1 hammer unit (the chariots). If you could find the points for another chariot unit (maybe dropping a scorpion and finding the rest of the points), it would be better.

    Well, for another hammer unit, I could drop 1 Scorpion and the Staff to take another set of Chariots. That would leave some points left over. I could also drop down to the Collar for now since he going to be in a block of skeletons. So that saves about 20 total. Not sure what to do with those yet but will figure something out. Thanks for the help.

    Some good advice from spaar there. Overall I think that should help out quite a bit.
