This list will use a shooty tactic, waiting for the enemy and using fear and chariots to the fullest. I have included command units in the archers so that they can actually fight.]

Hey, welcome.
Thats a pretty solid list you have there.
Theres only a couple things worth thinking about in terms of changes:
The king cant have two suits of armour, so drop the light armour.
I'd really try and get banner of undying legion on one of the units of bowmen.
But I like pretty much all of your list. Good luck.

You'll want to drop the collar from your heirophant. If he's outside of a unit there's no one to transfer the wounds to. I would then give the jar to him also, so you can use it later in the magic phase to increase your chances of it making a difference.
You might also want to move the staff of the ravening to the priest using the casket as added protection against fliers and fast cav that will by targeting him.

I'd try and replace the heavy cav with something else as soon as you can. Like another unit of chariots and maybe a chariot for your king. Or play friendly games of 2250 points. If they work out well for you that's great. Cheers.
