    I would put your tomb gaurd units in to one group, eleven guys is just to small for nothing. also i would give your hiro some sort of a 4+ ward save. with the new rules its going to be pretty invaulable.

    I would use archers on the big skelly block. Elves don't like tons and tons of shooting coming their way, especially ones that always hit on 5+.

    And I definitely hate spears....if anything give them HW/shield for the parry save. If you're running that block 10 wide, then you don't need spears as all 3 ranks will attack anyways. And if you run 5 wide, you only get 5 more WS2 S3 attacks. You will probably get more saves with the parry save than kills with those extra weak attacks.

    I'm not a big fan of blocks of 10 archers anymore, especially now that they fire in 2 ranks. I would consider merging those 2 blocks of 10 into 1 block of 20.

    Yes, definitely put all those tomb guards into 1 unit. Elves will be striking first and depending on what they hit you with, will kill several before you even get a chance to attack. The rest will then crumble away because you won't have many return attacks and no static combat res. I would make the TG at least 20 strong with a banner.
