2000 pt something different from the norm

Hi all, This list is something that I had a bit of a think through and have taken a few ideas off of a couple of different people and trying to see whether they might work.

    Lords
High Liche Priest - lvl 4, Heiro, Talisman of Preservation - 255 pts

    Heroes
Tomb Prince - Chariot, GW, Armour of Destiny - 209 pts
Tomb Prince - General, GW, Armour of Silvered Steel - 149 pts
    Necrotect - xx pts

    Core
7x Skeleton Chariots - Champion, Standard, Banner of Swiftness - 420 pts
20x Skeleton Warriors - Champion, Standard, Spears - 120 pts

    Special
26x Tomb Guard - Full Command, Standard of Discipline - 331 pts
    1x Khemrian Warsphinx - Fiery Breath - 230 pts

    Rare

1x Casket of Souls - xxx pts
1x Screaming Skull Catapult - xx pts

    Total Points - 1999

High Liche Priest is going into the Skellie Warriors. The Tomb Prince on foot and the Necrotect are going in with the Tomb Guard and the Prince on Chariot is going in with the Chariot unit. I am not sure with the chariot unit whether it is best to run them this strong..... The idea I had with them is to run them into core units of my opponents armies and safely break them, hence the extra rank and 12 wounds, also the 4d6 S5 impact hits do help as I do not feel 4 chariots can safely do this job against all armies. I had done some math-hammer against alot of the units I would potentially run them into and they did the job, averaging between the 12-15 kills in the first round of combat (including the impact hits). Im confident the chariot unit will work but not sure whether its a little overkill..........

Warhammer Armies: High Elves, Tomb Kings, Daemons of Chaos
    Warhammer 40k Armies: Chaos Daemons
    Bloodbowl Teams: Mean Machine (Dwarves)

Looks pretty solid, the only thing i wont really see is the 20 skellie unit, never give them spears in the first place, and if you use them as a bunker give them bows. Having a small unit of archers is always nice in larger games, as they can pick of those hard to hit/entrenched unit with 5s to hit( think skinks, characters that are 'safe' in certain buildings)

If you want to use them to march up with your enemy due to the low range of our spells do consider a cavalry unit of 12,stand behind a building and run when things get though. It all depends on how you use your army, do you countercharge when things get near your warmachines, or do you choose to attack from the beginning?

I would also like to point out that splitting your unit of chariots to two times 4, as your impact hits will double in, even though your strenght dwindles. Most important is that you heal at a double rate, 2D3+2 wounds on 55 point models is very nice, especially as chariots seem to die realllly fast in prolonged combat.

    See what you think!

    Kind regards.

I only recommend a spear bunker if you have a battle line to hide if behind. Since you don't (one unit isn't a line!), bows are better. I would also split the chariots, and for the love of Settra, get your fething general a ward save! I recommend the armor of destiny...
