EDIT: Some point totals removed to respect GW copyright. ~DavidVC04
Hello Everybody. This is the list that is going to the GT with me next month. It is currently undefeated (touch wood) but I'd still like to know peoples opinions on it. Some of the choices may seem a little strange but I will do my best to explain them.
233: Tomb King Rakaph II: Flail of Skulls, Vambraces of the Sun, Light Armour
160: Hierophant Khatep: Cloak of Dunes, Collar of Shapesh
160: Liche Priest Enkhil: Dispel Scroll, Enkhil’s Kanopi
140: Liche Priest Neferra: Dispel Scroll
Casket of Souls
2 Tomb Swarms
17 Archers: Standard Bearer
265: 18 Tomb Guard: Tomb Blades, Light Armour, Shields, Champion, Standard Bearer, Banner of the Undying Legion
Sreaming Skulls Catapult
Okay, The King lives in the unit of Tomb Guard and is mainly built for challenges and should hold up pritty well. I put in Enkhil’s Kanopi becuase us Khemrians are not great at magical defences and it good if you are worried about a comet of Cassendora coming down. The swarms do the Scorpions job but are superior in my opinion becuase they are above unit strength 5 which is very important now, where as the Scorpion is only unit strength 4. The Chariots are mainly a flanking unit. The Guard hold the centre with the ushabti to support them and the archers can reform into a solid mass when needed. The Carrion are very important as they would need to take 6 wounds to take them below that magical Unit Strength 5 and the can technically charge on turn one! The catapult is okay but not great, but it is useful for taking large units or really tough stuff (cough, treemen ancients, cough).
So what do you guys think?

i think your gonna get owned you need more skelies!
"take my love, take my land, take me to where i cannot stand, i don't care i'm still free you can't take the sky from meee" ;- firefly
"i'm gonna grant you your greatest wish i'm gonna show you a world without sin" ;- serentiy
"I am a leaf on the wind, watch how i soar" ;- serenity
i agree you should take more skellies have about 25 skelies if they are going to be used in combat aswell as shooting
maybe loose the collar of shapesh and get more skellies. your Hierophant shouldnt be getting into combat anyway, the cloak should allow him to fly away out of danger, if he is in combat then youve probably lost the game by then, unless your really lucky in combat and with your dice rolling.
or loose 1 ushabti, 3 do nearly as good as 4 keep using your magic to bring them back it works wonders, and can really annoy your opponent.
if youve got spare points after adding more skelies maybe add a few more tomb guard in the list
Yeah, you definitely need more bulk to this list. I would drop an Ushabti and maybe one of those liche priests to squeeze in another skeleton block and fill in the others.
