I agree here, good build but the Plaques will benefit you more in the long run. But aside from that, standard HLP build.

Sword of Might is a waste. Give him the Collar, and Vambraces of the Sun along with a Great Weapon and Light Armor.
Liche priest
>>>staff of ravening??, or even the hieratic jar if you remove that from your high priest.
Staff of Ravening is the way to go. It will add a decent offensive punch against low T enemies and enchances your magic phase.
Tomb prince

>>> add light armour and enchanted shield, he needs a save.
This guy needs to have a ward save on the chariot. You have two options. One is to give the unit he is with the Mirage Standard. The second (and the way I would go) is to kit him out like this: Chariot, Golden Eye of Rah-Nutt, Chariots of Fire, Spear, Light Armor, Shield.
3 Chariots
-std
>>> add banner of undying legion and put the mounted prince here.
If you give the Prince the Golden Eye, then the BotUL is fine. If not, the Mirage Standard is a must.
3 Chariots
-std
>>> drop the std, no character means this unit could fall and throw away points easily
Agreed, drop the Standard, impact hits in the flank should win you combat without the extra +1 CR from the banner.
Tomb scorpion
Good.
5 Carrion
Good.

Good.
25 Skeleton Warriors
-sheilds l armour
-f/c
>>> drop the champion, the prince (general) (assuming he is here) will take challenges well. drop 1 warrior to. (5x5 with prince)
Musician/Standard is enough. Drop 1 skelton if you need the points.
20 bowmen
>>>possibly 2 units of 10?? i prefer units of 20 bows like this for all my skellies, but most people like smaller units of 10, they cant stand up in combat, but you can get more shots off.
Keep them as a unit of 20. You need a 2nd block. Stard these guys in a 2 x 10 formation on a hill if you can. When needed, reform them to a 4 x 5 formation and move them down into the frey.
