I was wondering why peeps don`t use the blade of setep as removing armour and wiping out magic armour should be a popular choice, but all i see are flails and doe`s there good but i feel they are not as useful.
I play against dwarfs and brets alot so the armour becomes a prob. My king is in a chariot with setep, vembraces and collar in a min unit of chariots with summoning banner(forgot it`s` name). He`s good for challanges0:
So what are peeps opinions and why no setep?
As far as the DoE goes its great due to its special attack and that it can be used with smiting for yet another special attack. Auto-hits, KB is a pretty nice addition as well! As for flails, they´re cheap and hands out good punch as well. Quite fond of the magical version, the flail of skulls. Hurts alot and even more so with the sacred eye icon.
However if you face brets and dwarfs alot, the setep blade is great. Ruining runic/magic armour as well as ignoring their armour. Good deal! At the end of the day I will more often go with the DoE/Flail though.

Going up against Brets and Dwaves then Setep is an obvious choice. Especially on a King. For a Prince i just tend to prefer the Collar, and hence not enough points left. However, elsewhere Setep can be points wasted, as a simple GW will be enough to negate saves. It depends if you are making an enemy specific list, or a generic one I suppose.
