Icon Bearers do not have the same survivability that a Wight King has

Hrm...I remember reading the Wight and thinking...he's basically an Icon Bearer. Mind you, I was flipping through rather quickly so I don't doubt I missed something (like Heavy Armor, for instance). LOL!

How about some kind of mobile pyramid much like a Necron Monolith? It could be pulled along by a bunch of chariots and spawn Tomb Guard
  • Swarms of tomb creatures faster than our current ones!
  • New special character on a throne
  • Some kind of super-weak, super-magical priest in a litter pulled by chariots much like a Slann mage

I think it would be neat for a TK/TP to be able to resurrect their chariot if it gets destroyed from underneath them.

Surely that would just make a rather oddly shaped tree appear? Unless you intend charitos to be made from the undead in the next edition!

I always found it vaguely irritating a Prince or King had to take a chariot... or walk. No skeletal horse?

The skeletal horses are available for lower ranks in the Hierarchical System, since Chariots seems as "worthy for Kings" It provides effective Combat power with an additional comfortable seat, so... No, I think the TKs and TPs would stay with the comfortable options since they are of Royal Blood

And with S7 insta gibbing the chariot is why I want to be able to re raise it or at least let the chariot have it's own magic allowance so you can have a badass chariot and a badass king/prince. I think this could be similar to the way vamp powers work though not quite as OTT.

If GW would improve the survivability of the Chariots, those wheely mounts would become too OP Think of the Chariot as an offensive weapon. Very powerful, but it has weaknesses... Keep them, or opponents will scream "Cheeeeeeeeeseee"

d3 S4 impact hits are OP? The Steam Tank can do up to 6d3 at S6 and does not suffer from instagibbing and has a 1+ AS. I am just saying don't let our character rides be gacked as easily, not the overall chariot in the game/army. Points cost can go up accordingly. Even if we could simple have 50pts to spend solely on chariots for characters if we wished to give them Golden Eye of Rah-Nut' or w/e it's called that grants the ward and no S7 death.
