Does Neferra's Plaques of Mighty Incantations (NPMI) mean that no matter what happens you get to re-roll any incantation you cast...even if you were successful in casting it? The reason I ask, is that it doesn't seem to say it is only for spells that are dispelled/etc.
After you roll the dice, but before your opponent rolls his dispel dice you can choose to use the plaque. There fore you won't know if the spell has been dispelled by your opponent yet. As our magic always works it will only fail if he tries to dispel it. That is how I play with it. (Phoenix or Spector will correct me if I'm wrong)
I rarely use the plaque but if I do it's with a LHP only due to the point cost.
A further question for the plaque. Can it be used to reroll the dice for the CoS?
The Plaque only works for the Liche Priest who has it and incantantions which he casts, so it doesn't work on the casket...
There is nothing more annoying when your Wyches with Plasma Grenades get "Always strikes First" for their combat drugs!
Ok cool thanks for that.
Not quiet as good as I thought it was.
Its good (best used with) a High Priest, great consistancy in those 2 x 3D6 spells
Yeah I know but I used a list with that the other week (NPoMI on HLP) and I did manage a triple 1 to cast before the reroll... I prefer using a TK as lord in 2k lists though. I feel that it is the same is VC is about TKs are about mummies.
Ohh well personal tastes
