Hi, not really to do with Tomb Kings, but as i am starting a TK army I thought I get myself my own copy of the rulebook. (i seemed to have lost mine!).
I'm just wondering if there are any changes between the 6th and 7th editions of the Warhammer rulebook, as I have seen the 6th edition very cheap.
Is it worth buying it or are the rules in it not valid anymore.
You want the new book. Buy the starter for 50 bucks, sell off the figures, and keep the book. Net cost is 0 :-P There is always someone who will buy them.
6th is reasonably similar to 7th, but there are enough differences that you really need the new one otherwise you will confuse yourself and your opponents. The reason 6th is so cheap is because it isn't very useful now that its been replaced.
Is there significant difference in magic between 6th and 7th? Before you put all your power dice in a pool, that any wizard could use, but my friend now claims that each wizard is restricted to the dice they bring to the table.
Haha yeah dude. Go buy the seventh ed. book. You get two in your pool and then each wizard generates their own that only they can use. There's really no sense in not buying the new book... It's completely different.
