Welcome to Librarium Online!
So I've got a big game with a few of my friends a 2v2. TK + WE vs. DE + Lizardmen.
Supposedly my friend playing DE is taking a dragon......
What to do?
My ally is taking a Treeman ancient and Treeman....yikes. And we're thinking of going magic heavy. But not entirely sure how to deal with the flying dragon and then a lizardmen army in the back.
So im probably taking 2x SSC's praying I can get some magic off on them to possibly knock the dragon out from the sky.
And I've heard of the tactic of challenging with a champion a lot but I fear overkill will just destroy my unit of skeletons pretty quickly. Then with my king, i was thinking FoS with collar...but what else?
Any helpful tactics are welcomed. thanks.
I do think challenging with a champion is one of the best things you can do, as long as you can manage to get that unit of skeletons into combat with the dragon.
if you manage to challenge the dragon, it can only kill a maximum of about 6-8 skeletons per combat. That not really all that many skeletons, and if you're there to raise, you should do fine.
Other than that, a Tomb King on a chariot with the flail of skulls could bring some pain to the dragon. As could some Ushabti, or even a walking Tomb king with destroyer of eternities.
Of course, the bone giant could dish out some damage as well. But i really don't like the gaint.
I hope you'll do well! A dragon is one of the worst things you can come up against, at least in my experience.
"I have seen you humans, trying to forge an Empire in the name of a corpse"
Just spend a while learning how to guess ranges really well, and unload those SSCs in that Dragons direction!
