OK. That way I see it, TK has the best and the worst... The Ushabti and Scorpion models are awesome (and the Scorp is fun and easy to convert), but the Bone Giant model looks like an undead Goofy on steroids. At the very least I'd like to open the mouth (i.e. reposition the mandible so it appears to be baring its teeth, like in the army book).
I love the Giant
The only tip I can give you is: Check for parts in other Armies blisters or you could cut the cheek and seplace it with some Greenstuff
I ended up cutting the jaws apart. Really helps out the model. I even posed it like the picture. (but then I added the Scatapult carrion onto his shoulder)
To do it, I took a hack saw and cut in along the gap between the teeth. (use a skinny blade so you don't chew too much up. I then did a little bit of prying the jaws apart. Then I redid the two fangs with greenstuff and presto!
I do like how in that link hymnofnot posted how the bottom of the jaw is open. Maybe next giant..**wrings hands menacingly**
I would really love if you could post a pic of your newly made Giant anywhere on the forum Good Work!
Nice Work! Both converting and painting included
It gives me some inspiration to re-paint mine But that will be in the distant future...
