The tomb King range is one of my favourite in the whole of warhammer, except for the liche priest models that is. Two out of the three models we have for liche priests are hideous (the casket priest is great), and I was wondering if anyone else has done any cool convos for priest characters. Heres mine, its based off an idea I nicked from an issue of White dwarf

It was fairly simple, if somewhat time consuming to do. I took a chaos sorceror (the bird headed one) and cut of the face/drilled out the hood and stuck a charioteers head in the hole. The mutated staff top was switched with a charioteers spear and the feathers were cut/filed off of the back and front leg. Lastly the left hand was switched with a hand from (I think) the archer sprue and given a skull to hold from the skeleton warriors box.

With a suitably Khemrian paint job you might not even notice that he has a mark of tzeetch on his chest plate.

He plays might hierophant in every army I field, the robe, is of course the cloak of dunes

Awesome job for you man! Rep!'

Also, you know you can order the Casket Priest individually from GW right? I have one sitting around waiting for me to get around to doing a good cloak of the dunes conversion.

Here is my priest conversion.

Click the image to open in full size.

He's empire wizard, tomb kings charioteer and high elf archer.

You can't see it in the pic but he has a cobra staff from the empire wizard box. I think he looks nice.

I love that idea for the priest conversion magila, I'm sure I've got some spare Empire wizard bits hanging around so I might try something similar, that helmet really works
