    750 pts TK

Im just getting back into this whole warhammer thing, and i was wandering if a tomb kings army is viable/fun at 750 pts. The reason I ask is because the game store in my area has tourniments at 750 pts. As i see it, TK armies require a few high point priests to rally take advantage of their multiple movments.... ect. Just looking to see if its worth playing them at 750 pts (I know i would like them at 1500-2000 pts). Thanks.

Well if you want to have a tomb kings army, at higher points, you may aswell start wih lower point games just to get familiar with their rules and units, and too see what you lke and what you dont.
Tomb Kings may not be the best army at low points, but it doesnt mean they cant be good.
For characters, just take a prince and a hierophant, and keep them cheap.
For core units, a block of skellie archers, which at low points can easily knock out the effectveness of some enemy units, and they also act as a sponge unit once they reform for combat. Id advise no command here.
Your best bet for a second core is either a unit of 5 light cavalry or a single scarab swarm, just to keep it cheap.
For Special, a unit of 3 chariots may be expensive but if you have the poits they can be useful. No command on them though.
As for your rare slot, a screaming skull catapult can make a complete mess of most enemies, especially if they have one hard unit, just aim for it and at low points it will be a big chunk of the enemy army.

    Thanks for the feedback.

What do you feel about Tomb Scorpions at low points? To me, they seem like they would decimate lone wizards or the occasional warmachine.

Ooh i forgot to mention them. Yea definitely a spider, maybe even two though that may be pushing it for points. They are useful at high points, and as they are so cheap they will rule in low point games.
