First of all, do you know theres a new codex coming out? Either way wait for the new one, theres going to be loads of new stuff and lists are going to change. A lot.

On to the list

Tyrant - I would advise never mixing ranged and combat on an MC, speciallise them in ranged or shooting. If you go shooty, give it 2TL devourers, enhanced senses and toxin sacs, with optional extended carapce.

Warriors - No complaints, a very good set up, but they dont need the +BS, 1" wont make much of a difference. Swap it for carapace if you can.

genestealers - dont need S5, swap for extended carapce to avoid AP5 death.

Termaguants are fine, but you may want to swap them for 8 WoN (with out number) spineguants, theyre better at objective holding.

Fex - Dont give it rending, it does nothing on fexs beacuse you already ignore saves. Get some more tallons instead. Also id try to get either reinforced chitin, or carapace on there, both are good. personally id drop the exoskelton and go for both the upgrades i mentioned.
