The three issues:

Starting with the obvious, the list has medium to low AT. It isn't terrible ... there
are Broosdlords, Trygons, Zoans, Doom, Parasite and Shrikes that can handle AV10-14
but there is no range at all.

I'm capitalizing on Aura of Despair both for my DoM and my Bonesword squad. The Parasite will join
the Shrikes.

I will infiltrate at least two squads of Stealers. However, I have no Hive Commander in the list
so I'm hoping I have enough distracting targets to capitalize early and remain competitive until
turns two /three.

The Pros:

The list is fast, can reposition to take advantage of deployment, has multiple priority targets
and is quite good in cc.

Could work in a non-competitive situation. Otherwise I'd leave this list home.

EDIT: the list isn't actually too bad, I can just see mech armies just sitting in their vehicles blasting the crap out of your Genestealers while missile spamming the MCs.
